Located in the heart of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, within the former Hôtel des Remparts, this 80 sqm apartment needed to balance private use with seasonal rental while establishing a warm and distinctive identity.

The project was developed around the existing architecture, without altering the layout. The stone walls, mouldings and original character of the property were enhanced through a light palette, natural materials and contemporary furniture.

Particular attention was given to bespoke elements and details: an upholstered headboard integrating electrical fittings, a built-in TV unit, curtains, furniture and accessories were all considered as part of one cohesive scheme.

The access and delivery constraints of the pedestrian village were also carefully integrated into the project planning through to final installation.
