FROM CONCEPT
TO THE FINAL DETAILS
Every project is considered as a whole, from the initial conversation through to the final decorative details.
The approach is based on an overall vision, where design, technical constraints, materials, furniture and personalisation are developed as one coherent project.
The process is structured around four key areas:
concept & design, project & site coordination, materials & furnishing, decoration & styling.

CONCEPT / DESIGN

The design phase lies at the heart of every interior architecture project. It translates the client’s needs, aspirations and project constraints into a coherent, functional and achievable design.
-Project analysis & brief: exploring the client’s needs, lifestyle, preferences, budget and project constraints. This first stage also provides a deeper understanding of the space, its volumes, natural light and technical characteristics.
-Concept design: development of the initial design proposals through space-planning layouts, volumes and 3D visuals, establishing the overall direction of the project together.
-Detailed design: once the concept has been approved, the project is developed further through the selection of materials, finishes and equipment, along with the technical drawings required for its implementation: demolition, construction, electrical layouts, bespoke joinery and specific details. These documents then form the basis for contractor quotations and the execution of the works.
PROJECT / SITE COORDINATION

Site coordination is a direct continuation of the design phase. It ensures that the design intent is translated into reality, while preserving the coherence of the decisions made throughout the project and supporting each stage through to completion.
-Contractor consultation & preparation: coordination with contractors, review of quotations and preparation of the information required before works begin.
-Coordination & site supervision: organisation of the different trades, ongoing communication with contractors and regular site visits to monitor progress, check compliance with the drawings and ensure the design is clearly understood.
-Site decisions & adjustments: responding to situations that arise during construction, managing unforeseen issues and making on-site adjustments while maintaining the integrity of the design and the quality of its execution.
-Handover & snagging: careful review of every detail, identification of any required rectifications and follow-up through to final completion.
MATERIALS / FURNISHING

Furnishing and FF&E selection bring another dimension to the project: it is often this stage that makes the difference between a space that has simply been renovated and an interior that has been considered in every detail. Furniture, materials, textiles and lighting build on the design direction established earlier to create an interior that is comfortable, balanced and true to its identity.
-Furniture & proportions: selection of pieces suited to the volumes, circulation and needs of each space, with particular attention to dimensions, lines and overall balance.
-Materials & textiles: selection of fabrics, leather, velvet, timber, metals and other textures that shape the furniture and contribute directly to the atmosphere of the project.
-Lighting & ambience: selection of decorative and functional lighting to complement the architectural lighting and reinforce the intended atmosphere.
-Sourcing & installation: supplier sourcing, quotation requests and management of the entire process, from ordering through to delivery and installation.
DECORATION / STYLING

Decoration brings the project to completion and gives the interior its full personality. It is at this stage that the smallest details come together and the space begins to feel truly lived-in, through choices that reflect both the character of the place and the people who live there.
-Objects & accessories: selection of decorative and functional pieces that complete the spaces and strengthen their identity without overwhelming them.
-Homeware & textiles: selection of elements that bring comfort, softness and a sense of completion to the spaces, such as bed linen, cushions, throws and towels.
-Art & statement pieces: sourcing of distinctive pieces, artworks and specific elements that bring a more personal and individual character to the project.
-Final styling: installation and positioning of the final elements to balance the compositions, personalise each space and complete the overall atmosphere.
