PROJECT MARTIN
Located in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, this 110 sqm house underwent a complete renovation designed to rethink the volumes, improve circulation and make full use of the available space.
The main architectural intervention involved in-filling the double-height living area to create a complete upper floor, while maintaining natural light through the integration of three roof windows. On the ground floor, the layout was opened up and reorganised to create a more fluid and welcoming living space, including the creation of an opening within a load-bearing wall.
Upstairs, the project created a fully defined sleeping area comprising a principal suite with dressing room, an additional bedroom and a bathroom. Integrated storage, natural light and functionality guided each decision in order to optimise the volumes without making them feel heavy.
A complete transformation where architecture, light and functionality come together to create a home that better supports everyday living.
